We are pleased to announce that WHDA has responsibility for the 2016 D.C. chapter in the two volume treatise entitled, State Trademark and Unfair Competition Law, published by INTA. The work on this chapter was done by Alan Cooper, Kumiko Ide and Samantha Moskowitz, all members of our Trademark Group.
